Felicity Hats makes every effort to provide every customer with a prompt and efficient delivery service. All items are sent first class by Royal Mail to any destination in the UK.
ALL PRODUCTS SOLD WITHIN THE UK INCLUDE POSTAGE.
If delivery is outside the UK postage area, please contact us on (44) 1482 788373 or jan@felicityhull.co.ukfor charges. For destinations outside the UK, you will need to place credit card orders by telephone.
Orders placed before 3pm Mon – Fri will be shipped the same day. Where possible we will also endeavour to despatch orders placed between 3-5pm on the same day, this however, cannot be guaranteed.
Orders placed Sat – Sun will be despatched on the following Monday.
For convenience an alternative address can be specified for delivery of goods (ie. Place of work etc) when completing the checkout process. Also during the checkout process a contact telephone number can be provided, this will only be used by our staff upon problems with your order or delivery and NOT for marketing purposes.
